1. Who can play
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of a region where skill-based gaming is permitted. You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing winnings.
2. Your account
One person, one account. Accounts that share a device fingerprint or IP across multiple logins may be flagged and suspended. Referral rewards from self-referrals are void.
3. Deposits, stakes and payouts
Every stake is locked in escrow at match start. Winners receive the pot net of the platform fee disclosed in the game lobby. Withdrawals are processed to the M-Pesa number, card or bank account on your verified profile.
4. Fair play
Every move is validated server-side. Use of third-party assistance, collusion, account selling or match fixing is a permanent ban. Disputes are reviewed by a human referee whose decision is final.
5. Tournaments
Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament starts. Prize distribution is published before you register. We reserve the right to cancel a tournament if minimum participation is not met — in that case entry fees are refunded in full.
6. Changes to these terms
We'll email you at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use after the change means you agree.
